HOW TO GET YOU OWN CUSTOM CHUCKS :

I've had quite a few people express interest in the custom-painted shoes I created recently, some of them were repeat customers, i guess they really like the shoes. :)

I have been bogged down with a lot of questions recently so to make it easier here are the list of frequently asked questions and my answers.

FAQ's:


1. How much will it cost?

It depends. Here are your options:

OPTION 1 : GRAFITTI STYLE - Your name on BOTH outer Panels of the shoes in a grafitti style font.
Total of two sides only
You can choose any color (font and shoes)
You can choose any style (low-cut or hi-top)
PRICE : Php 1100 for the ladies
Php 1200 for the gents

ALL INCLUDED! SHOES, DESIGN and SHIPPING WITHIN METRO MANILA
(For provincial buyers just add Php50)


OPTION 2 : YOUR CHOICE OF DESIGN on BOTH the outside panels of the shoes.
Total of two sides only
You can choose any color (font and shoes)
You can choose any style (low-cut or hi-top)
PRICE : Php 1300 for the ladies
Php 1400 for the gents

ALL INCLUDED! SHOES, DESIGN and SHIPPING WITHIN METRO MANILA
(For provincial buyers just add Php50)

OPTION 3 : YOUR CHOICE OF DESIGN on ALL panels of the shoes.
Total of four sides only
You can choose any color (font and shoes)
You can choose any style (low-cut or hi-top)
PRICE : Php 1600 for the ladies
Php 1700 for the gents

(For provincial buyers just add Php50)

I try to keep costs down as much as possible for all parties involved, because I know nobody ever really has "money to burn".

2. Are the Converse chucks original?

Pardon me for using all-caps on this one, i just want to stress a very important info, everyone' been missing out.For the price i indicated, I only use CLASS A REPLICA CONVERSE CHUCKS.

Why, you say? To make the shoes more cost friendly. Besides, i'm actually selling, the design or the "artwork".

3. CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN SHOES?

For those who prefer the original chucks, i can still design them for you provided that you buy the shoes and ship them to me instead.

For other shoe style. i can accept anything made on CANVASS only, be it ballet flats, slip ons.. anything canvass.

4. Do you paint on Vans slip-ons?

Yes i do, But right now you have to provide them, since i haven't found a nice supplier yet.


5. Is the design permanent?

YES it is. I use fabric paints , acrylics and permanent markers then process them with a special fabric medium to make sure the shoes last with the shoe itself.

6. I can choose any design?

Pretty much, you can give me any theme; it can be cartoon characters, your own logo, anything you have in mind. Except realism (i.e. someone's photograph). The design is negotiable. You can email an image to me in jpeg for at : Splattergirl10x@gmail.com and I will reply as soon as i can to let you know if its doable or not.

7. How do I pay for the Item?

Through GLobe G-cash or though Chinabank Bank Transfer.

I only require 50% downpayment so I can start working on the shoes. The rest you can pay after i finish designing them.
I will send notice through MMS or email ( with photos of your shoes attached) so you can see the finished product before paying in full.

As soon as I confirm the final Payment i will ship the shoes ASAP.


8. How long does it take before i get the shoes that i ordered?

A week tops. Painting and drying takes an awful lot of time.


9. How do I know you're not a scammer?

I'm simply not. But i'm sure you won't easily take my word for it.

10. Has this always been your line of work?

No. I'm a mommy. For me that's my main responsibility. I just love to paint and I though it will cool to share it with others. And besides, the extra income wouldn't hurt. :) I make the shoes on my spare time only.

I think that pretty much cover all the questions i have been geting most of the time.
